All Tanita Jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made to order, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to handcrafted jewelry and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

3. Prices & Currency

Prices may be displayed in different local currencies for your convenience, depending on your location.

Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are processed in Euros (EUR).

Shipping costs, taxes and duties (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Tanita Jewelry reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions or availability at any time without prior notice. Obvious pricing or typographical errors may result in order cancellation.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are considered final once confirmed, particularly for made-to-order and personalized pieces.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

5. Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

Most Tanita Jewelry pieces are made to order. Production time is typically 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Personalized or engraved items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Tanita Jewelry.

6. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on destination.

Tanita Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or other external factors beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for:

• Made-to-order items
  
• Personalized or engraved products
  

These exceptions apply in accordance with Article 103 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Eligible items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for non-personalized items and in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

9. Liability

Tanita Jewelry shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of care, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under liability or warranty.

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Tanita Jewelry.

Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
