Shipping
Production Time
All Tanita Jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made to order, unless otherwise stated.
- Standard production time: 3–4 weeks
- Production times may vary slightly depending on the design, materials, or order volume
Once your piece is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched:
- Europe: 1–5 business days
- International: 3–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and shipping method selected.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Tanita Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier.
Tanita Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry:
- Personalized or engraved items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty or incorrect.
- Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tanitajewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Tanita Jewelry is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.
For made-to-order pieces, exchanges may require a new production period.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
In such cases, Tanita Jewelry will cover return shipping and arrange for a replacement or refund.
